What data we process

This website has no user accounts or analytics. We process personal data in two cases:

• If you ask us for the dossier with the form in Work: your name, your company, your email address, your sector and what you tell us about your project.
• If you write to us by email: your email address and the content of your message.

Why and on what basis

To send you the dossier and answer your enquiry or proposal. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending the form or writing to us, and, if we end up working together, the performance of the contract or of the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to answer your enquiry and, after that, for the legal periods during which liabilities may arise.

Who else receives it

The providers of our email and web hosting services, and Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards the dossier form to us by email. All of them act as data processors. The hosting provider may log technical data about the visit (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and operational reasons. The fonts are served from our own domain, without sending data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@nocomply-studio.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
